for Peddie

Get a metal 1 lb. coffee can with a plastic lid. Make a yeast bread recipe, and after the first rise (remember, after the first rise you punch it back down), push the dough into the greased coffee can. Put the greased lid on and let the dough rise until the top pops off. THEN, put the can (minus the top) into a 350 oven for about 30 minutes. Cool! Sorry I never got back to you on this! While reviewing posts from a year ago (!) I discovered your query. The fitness challenge at school has ended. I think Mamacita's team will win; mine will be 2nd or 3rd. Both of us regularly averaged over 10K steps daily. Hoo Haa!

Oh wow! I need a yeast bread recipe though... should I just search one on the internets? I have also been really good about my pedometer... I should have taken the time to be on a team!

try this one. You just want a basic white bread. To proof the yeast, the water should be between 110 and 115 degrees f.
